The rooms are clean, but it cannot be called 5 stars, but when the basic points are evaluated, it can be called a clean room. The staff are friendly. Very close to Central train station. On a lively street but about 20-25 minutes walk from the more central altstadt area. Since it was the weekend, I think the noise from the restaurants was in the room all night. These situations were not a problem for me. If I go to Dusseldorf again, this is a hotel I can choose in terms of price and performance.

The hotel was a last minute offer by the Deutsche Bahn after they had cancelled all our trains to the Netherlands, leaving us stranded in Düsseldorf. The quality was much better then expected. The pictures in Google maps are worse then reality to our lucky surprise. The hotel even came with breakfast included and the rooms were comfortable enough for one night. The staff was friendly and the selection of dishes with alternative products (e.g. non diary products) and fresh fruits was great. It might however urgently need a renovation. The hotel itself has a good location with direct access to the main station if one travels by DB. Else the main station area is neither very pretty nor a landmark. And is quite dodgy at best during the night.

Solid lodging for work trips. The single rooms are great if you're not going to spend all day inside. Breakfast is very decent. However, the coffee leaves something to be desired.

Excellent hotel,staff amazing and very friendly,easy check in,room very clean.overlooking courtyard so super quiet...but they need to buy new pillows they were the size of teabags,never been to a hotel with such small pillows,spoiled it cause beds were super comfy but besides pillows highly recommended also easy reach to alstadt were all the action happens...5 star

The receptionist downgraded my room to single bed room with no reason. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. The hotel should give the same room as I booked.

Intercity is my default option to stay in, so this one has a comfortable bed, working ventilation and good noise isolation - the most important things for me. For the rest, the hotel is situated inside an old building, so it can be cold inside during the winter. A bar in the lobby is a bit worthless.
